Crystal Desk connects to a handful of external tools that extend what a workflow can do without leaving the platform.

• ElevenLabs — AI voice generation, used at Voice Over stages as an alternative to a human voice artist.
• Storage Providers — where media library files are physically stored: AWS S3 by default, or Box, Dropbox, and OneDrive on Enterprise.
• Deck Analyzer — a standalone AI tool that reads an uploaded client deck and suggests script angles, independent of any specific workflow.

Beyond these, Amazon SES (email) and WhatsApp Business (messaging) power the notification channels described in Notifications, and Claude powers both the Deck Analyzer and every AI Agent type described in AI Agents Overview.
