Crystal Desk is a single flat-priced plan. Every feature — the workflow builder, AI Agents, SLA tracking and escalation, the Deck Analyzer, and everything else — is included. There are no tiers to compare and no feature gates to upgrade past.

Need something custom?

A handful of things sit outside the standard plan because they involve real setup work: SSO/SAML, on-premise deployment, bring-your-own-storage, and a dedicated account manager. These are scoped through a conversation with sales rather than the standard checkout.
