AI Agents / Agent Types

Agent Types

Crystal Desk currently supports four agent types, each suited to a different kind of stage.

Script Drafter

Input: the ticket's brief fields (campaign name, language, market, duration, key message) and any brand context configured for the tenant. Output: a first-draft script in the correct language, matched to the requested duration, submitted into the stage's text field for a human writer to refine.

Reviewer Agent

Input: the submitted output of a prior stage — typically a script or copy draft — along with the tenant's configured brand guidelines (tone, banned words, required disclaimers). Output: a pass/flag result against those specific, checkable criteria, plus notes on anything that doesn't fit, submitted ahead of a human reviewer's own pass.

QC Agent

Input: an uploaded audio or video file from a prior stage. Output: a technical check result — duration accuracy against the contracted length, clipping or distortion detection, and silence/dead-air detection — flagging anything that would fail broadcast readiness.

Brief Extractor

Input: an uploaded document or deck (PDF or PPTX) — a client brief, campaign deck, or RFP. Output: pre-filled ticket field values (campaign name, market, duration, key message) extracted directly from the document, so a ticket can be created from an uploaded brief without someone manually transcribing it first.

All four agent types are mechanical-verification or drafting tools — none of them issue a final approval. That decision always routes to a human Approval stage, by design.

With agent types covered, the Tickets section picks up where a ticket's life actually begins.
