Integrations / Deck Analyzer
Deck Analyzer
The Deck Analyzer reads a client brief deck and turns it into a usable starting point for creative direction, without anyone having to read the whole thing and manually summarize it first.
How it works end to end
- Upload — a PDF or PowerPoint deck is uploaded to the Deck Analyzer tool.
- Text extraction — the document's text content is extracted from every slide or page.
- AI classification and summary — Claude (the same AI powering Crystal Desk's Agent types) identifies what kind of document it is — a campaign brief, brand guidelines, or an RFP — and produces a short summary of the key messages.
- Suggested pitch angles — the system proposes two to three distinct script or creative directions, each with a short reasoning grounded in specific content from the deck rather than a generic suggestion.
- Saved analysis — the full result is saved and linked to the client name, so it can be searched and referenced later, not just used once and discarded.
A standalone tool, not tied to a workflow
Unlike AI Agent types (see Agent Types), which operate as assignees within a specific workflow stage, the Deck Analyzer is a standalone tool — you can run it against any deck at any time, independent of whether a ticket or workflow exists for it yet. It's commonly used before a ticket is even created, as prep work for a pitch meeting or as the basis for the brief that eventually becomes a ticket's fields.
